School Open House

We had our end of the year open house with the grandparents.

We went to the pool one of the first days it was open.  Despite the fact that it was chilly, the kids still had fun.

Special Date with Mommy

I was blessed to go on a special date with Busy Bee.

We first went to Pets Mart to look at the animals.

 Then we went out for a special treat.

Truck Book

This little guy LOVES his truck book.  He loves trucks!

This morning I found him in the corner of his room,

looking at his truck book, with his baby Amy close by.

He is 100% boy, but still loves to take care of

his baby dolls.

Field Trip

We were blessed to go on a field trip the other day with several of our friends.  

We went on a tour of the gardens.

They had a butterfly house.

The children also got to attend a pollination class.

What I come home to...

On Wednesday mornings I usually go grocery shopping early.  Often I come home to this scene...

Three Months

Our Baby J is three months old today!  Here we go again - time is flying by.  I can't believe it has been three months since I was sitting in a hospital bed loving on my new baby boy.  He was a blessing that day and he continues to be a blessing in our home.

He is such a sweet baby, that shares a lot of smiles with us everyday.

Every day he receives lots of hugs, tickles, and kisses!

We continue to praise the Lord for little guy!!

Potty Training

We started potty training this week

We have had our moments...

some silly moments...

ans some sweet moments...

"look brother, I going potty!"

We have a ways to go yet...

but in time we will get there.

Mr. Bubbles

My Baby J is so sweet.  Usually if he has a mouth of bubbles like below, he is gently trying to tell his mommy (me) that he needs me.  He doesn't cry very often, instead he starts grunting to let me know he needs me and for some reason the bubbles come.  

Doll Clothes

The girls really wanted to wash their doll clothes.

They had been attempting to do this in their bedroom.

So finally we took this activity outside and they had a blast

washing their clothes and hanging them on the line.

Trip to Nebraska

We were blessed to go visit Uncle John, Aunt Mandy and cousins in Nebraska this past weekend.  We had a wonderful time, safe travels and nice weather - thank you Lord!

Aunt Mandy had new kitties..the kids LOVED taking care of them.

The girls enjoyed playing in the sandbox.

All the kids enjoyed the big swings.

Little J loved riding on the four wheeler and 

going fast with daddy.

Big J enjoyed being outside,

but he also enjoyed reading books with his cousin.

Purple Girl would have stayed in NE if we had let her.

She LOVES it at her Aunt Mandy's house.  She never wants to leave.

She loves the animals, the fresh air, and of course going FAST

on the four wheeler.
