Just Like Daddy

This guy loves to mow the yard just like his daddy.

Michigan Football Game

Dad and Big J went out to Michigan for football game.

This was Jakin's first football game to attend.

They went out early and had a tour of the stadium and museum.

Nathan would blog better about these pictures and trip than

I will, but this I know, they both had a wonderful time!!

The picture below is Jakin with Michgian's starting

quarter back.

They went to the game with my brother and his

oldest son.  This is them heading to the game.

My brother had a friend who had two passes to get

onto the field before the game.

Can you see the two boys walking on the field below?

Here they are again.

Michigan won the game as well, so the

trip was a complete success and many

memories were made for sure.

Craft Time - Trucks

First Lost Tooth

She was so excited when her first tooth came out

while she was eating corn on the cob.

The tooth "daddy" brought her a dollar,

which also made her very excited.

Afternoon Hike

Enjoying a hike together down by the lake

near our home.

These little boys love to throw sticks into the water.

This big "boy" also does.

The little boys bring sticks to daddy

and daddy impresses them with how far he can

throw them.

This guy was hoping to see if Daddy could

throw this one, but I don't think it made it down to the water.

Big J enjoyed climbing on the rocks.

Then the five of them built this.

I could claim they built this also....

but this was already built when we got to the lake.

And of course everyone had to get their feet wet 

in the water.

Two Boys!!

Love these guys!

Cousin Birthday Party

Blessed to have cousins living close by

and to get to celebrate their birthdays with them.

These two are only weeks apart in age and 

becoming very good friends.

They enjoy being silly together.

These two also are only weeks apart in age

and have a lot of fun together.

These two are about 5 months apart in age.

The party crew...missing just a few.

Field Trip

We went on a field trip to a local Arboretum.

Above was a natural playscape the kids LOVED playing on.

We went down by the pond and the kids used

nets to pull out as many little creatures as they could find.

Then they took nets to see if they could collect any insects.

This field trip was a success.

Our kids had so much fun and can't

wait to go back again!

Special Girl Outing

The girls and I took a special outing to 

a nearby hotel for the evening.

The girls were SO excited!

Heading to the pool.

Snuggling in bed together.

Working on their new sticker books

in the morning.

A little more time playing before we headed home.
