One More Melt My Heart Picture
Right before Christmas two children came down with a nasty bug that had them sick for exactly a week. These two children were confined for the most part to the basement in hopes that no one else would get sick. Thankfully no one else did and were still able to enjoy our holidays healthy.
Big J was one of the two who was sick and for that week he could not snuggle or really go near his littlest sister (we did not want any one else catching this, but especially her, being so young). So, in the middle of the week, when he was missing her so, she was outside playing with her big sister and they came to the window in the basement and I caught this picture.
Big J told me at the end of the week, the worst part of being sick, was not the constant vomiting all week, but not being able to snuggle this little sister! Yup - melt my heart!

Warm a Mother's Heart
There are certain moments as a mom that you see your children doing something and it just warms your heart. This picture below is one of them. Nothing big or fancy, just a big brother, allowing a little brother to stand next to his "big" friends at church and be part of their group. I love how little brother is standing close to his big brother and big brother has his hands gently on him.
I couldn't help but take a picture and be proud of Big Brother in this moment!
