Afternoon at Lake

We planned a fun Saturday afternoon at the lake near our home. 

Daddy prepared the Jet Ski so he could take the kids for a ride. 

Purple Girl was SO excited to go.

Thankfully Grandma and Grandpa came along.  

This allowed mom to be able to go out on a ride with Daddy too.

It also provided help in carrying Busy Bee up and down the BIG, LONG, STEEP hill that led both to our vehicles and to the restroom.  Thank you Grandma for carrying this little lady.

I only got a picture of Daddy and Big J on the Jet Ski. 

But both the girls went for a ride with Daddy too and had a lot of fun.

The kids also enjoyed playing in the water.

Reading Time

Busy Bee is always grateful to have her big brother spend time with her.  

Purple Girl

Purple Girl was excited when she found purple almonds at the store. 

 We of course had to buy them and try them.  She thinks they are great!

This gal still loves purple, but she will tell you her favorite color is now yellow.  Why?  Because this little girl wants more than any thing to be a MOM and since I am a mom and my favorite color is yellow, that must mean that her favorite color should be yellow too.  It is sweet and just reminds me how much she loves me!  I am so blessed to have her in my life!!!!

Happy Birthday Daddy

The kids enjoyed celebrating their daddy's birthday.  They enjoyed making him breakfast and making him a cake and of course getting him a present.  We are so blessed to have this guy in our lives! 

Four Months

Little J is 4 months today!  Once again, another month has flown by.  He continues to be our sweet little boy who is greatly loved by all his family.  He found his feet this month and enjoys holding onto them.  He also has really discovered his voice and can get quite loud at times while talking to us.  

This is him thinking deeply as he works to talk to me.

I love this picture showing all his baby wrinkles...he is healthy baby boy!

We are so thankful for this little guy.

Loving Babies

Busy Bee really enjoys having babies over to visit.  She not only adores her little brother, but loves all babies who visit.  We had this sweet girl and her family over the other day.  Busy Bee kept her company and enjoyed reading her a story.
