We were blessed to spend some time at an Apple Orchard the other morning.

Hide and Seek

I was playing Hide and Seek with the girls the other morning. 

 They ran upstairs and I came upon this scene:

I told them to go hide again and the second time I found:

Not sure they quite get the concept- but boy did they have fun. If only by the pictures you could hear the giggles coming from under the blankets!

Grandpa Time

The kids always love when their Grandpa stops by for a visit. 

Their Grandpa is very creative and seems to always find new ways to entertain them!

Visitors from Up North

We were blessed to have some visitors from up north. The kids GREAT Aunt and Cousin. We are always so grateful when family comes to visit. The kids love to host and enjoy all the special attention.

Olympics

For school we were studying Greece and read some stories about the Olympics. The cousins are studying the same history as we are, so it is fun to learn together. The kids were so excited to pretend to be in the Olympics. We had the games in our backyard. It was team USA (which consisted of the four pictured below) verses Aunt Fell from Greece and her sidekick Busy Bee. Team USA came out on top and won the gold. Below is the awards ceremony after they had received their medals and they were listening to the national anthem!

Busy Bee sat on the sofa watching with her hand her heart too!
