Trip To Minnesota - Day 1

We were blessed to have a fun, safe trip to Minnesota with cousins and Grammie.

The first day the children enjoyed playing at the play place connected to the hotel.

Happy New Year's

For New Years we went to a friends house with a few other families.  

The girls enjoyed time in the BIG tub.

They had so much and enjoyed when the bubbles were put in too.

After the swim, all the children enjoyed watching a few movies.  

They all made it up until 11pm!

If only you'd had seen...

The other evening we had friends over for dinner.  After dinner, the children enjoyed a video together.  These three girls are best of friends and were sitting by one another on the sofa.  I should have started  taking pictures then.  We look in the family and they are all sitting on the sofa.  We turn around and moments later, they all sitting in the exact same position on the floor.  Not moments later, we turn around and they are laying like this.  It was so adorable.  We don't know who started the movement each time - but I guess there is strength in numbers and no one wanted to be left behind!

The movie must have gotten scary, because then they all went to the boys for protection!

Nine Months Old

 Our Little J is already NINE months old.  

It is funny to think back a year ago and think how three months seemed so 

far away as we awaited his due date.  Now that he is 9 months old and will be one year 

in three months, it seems so soon.

This Little guy is ALL boy!  He roams around our home

in his walker yelling and screaming and grunting.

He moves quickly in his walker bumping into 

anything that is in his way.

Just wait until he starts crawling and walking.  The crawling will not be

long as he picking up his knees and pulling forward with his arms.

He is such a sweety - we just love this little guy so much!

Mr. Busy Man

Remember this little girl at 7 months (Purple Girl)?  

Will these two have similar personalities?  

They both tend to like to be on the move!

Saturday Morning Outing

Before Grammie and Uncle Luke went home from their Christmas visit, 

we went on one more outing.  The weather was gorgeous, 

so we took advantage of being outside.  

We went walking on a trail around a lake.  The kids had so much fun.

There was a long bridge to walk over.  

These three kept running up ahead, then bending down 

and saying "On your marks, get set....

GO!"

They were having so much fun together.  

After running outside for awhile, we went out for lunch

and then walked around downtown in the sky walks.

Once again these three had a blast running after one

 another and of course trying to hide from mom and Grammie.

Special Lunch with Grammie

Busy Bee enjoyed a special outing with Grammie while she was here for a visit.  

She loves getting out of the house - especially one on one.
