Puppy J

And last, but not least, our little Puppy J!

This guys loves to be outside and has really
enjoyed working more with the boys and daddy outside.

He has many expressions and
tends to make noises while he plays.
Usually he is driving trucks or cars and makes
noises to go with them.

If you go for a ride with Puppy J, you will
be updated on every single construction vehicle that you
see, what it is and what it is doing.

He loves to wrestle with his daddy
and bounce in the bounce house with his siblings.

He has no fear of trying to keep up
with his older siblings and has quickly
conquered riding his scooter down the
hill on our driveway.

We are so thankful for this boy.
Love him so much!

Farmer J

Our Farmer J - We might be able to call
this guy "Mr. Personality."

I will let the next few pictures speak for themselves...

Oh this boy.  He does keep his mom on his toes.
He is quite excited about starting school this year -
he enjoys sitting and doing his "worksheets."
However, that doesn't always last long and then
he is off attempting to play with his friend - Puppy J.

He still likes tractors and farms, but
he says now his favorite is jumping motorcyles.

He is a worker and LOVES the weekends when
he gets to spend it working with his daddy in the
yard or around the house.

Love this guy so much and
so very thankful for him!

Tiger Lily

Our Tiger Lily.
Six years old.

This little lady is quite creative.
She is constantly building and creating
things.

She loves playing with her stuffed animals -
especially her big red dog Clifford.  She had one and then
Grandma found another one at a garage sale - so now
she has two.

She is so sweet (most of the time) with her two little
brothers.  She likes to sing and you often hear her and Puppy J
singing a song together.

So much love for this lady.
So thankful for her.

Fancy E

Fancy E still fills her title properly.
She loves being a lady and making all things fancy.

She is our hugger and our giggler.
She might just be the most ticklish
little girl I have ever met.

She enjoys collecting bugs - well actually
butterflies and moths in our yard.

She enjoys drawing and doing anything
artistic.  She tried out basketball for the first time
this summer at a camp and seemed to enjoy it.
And she might just be the most loyal Michigan
Wolverine fan you will find.

This lady has a lot of spunk and energy!

Love her so much
and so thankful for her.

Big J

Our Big J - 10  years old!

He has a lot of siblings looking up to him.
Needless to say his little brothers ADORE him!

He continues to be a reader,
really enjoys everything computer related,
and loves cheering for the Michigan
Wolverines with his dad.

He has enjoyed playing baseball and basketball
and seems to like every opportunity to attend a camp for
either sport.

Love this guy so much!
So thankful for him.

Summer Photos

A friend recently took pictures of the children. She did such a good job!

Life with these children continues to be
unpredictable, a little crazy
and often chaotic.
Yet it also has so many sweet moments,
so many laughs and often lots and lots of giggles.

Life with these little humans offers lots of opportunities
for training and instructing,
as well as lots of opportunities for
confessing and asking for forgiveness,
(a lot of the time by me!)

So life with kiddos gives God wonderful
ways to sanctify me, to show me my sin
and my GREAT need for Him.
To remind me life is NOT about me,
never was it nor will it ever be.
Praise the Lord it is not!

Life with Big J, Fancy E, Tiger Lilly, Farmer J and Puppy J
means I get to enjoy a LOT of hugs,
several snuggles and probably a kiss or two each day.
Many shared smiles, shared stories and
shared tears together.

Grateful for another year!
