First Day of School

Our school year theme this year is:  GOD IS AMAZING!!!

And since we will be studying the human body, it gives us many opportunities to talk about how amazing our God is.  So, we did a first day of school centered around the human body.

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
    my soul knows it very well.

We did a scavenger hunt finding different parts of the body.

We traced our bodies and colored them.

We made a body out of veges.

And we ate human cell sandwiches.
