Visit to Grammie's - Fun at Pilot Knob

Whenever we go visit Grammie the children love going to Pilot Knob, just a few miles outside of town.  They love going up to the tower and seeing the sites.  Then we go for a hike on one of the trails.

The Tower!

At the top of the tower:

It was quite windy this day and chilly at times - Busy Bee wasn't sure of the wind - so she needed some snuggles from her Aunt.

This picture below is sweet. The four older children were heading out on a hike with their Aunt
while mom and Grammie took the two youngest to another parking lot to meet them.
Busy Bee was sad and wanted to go with her big sister.
Purple Girl was consoling as she was telling me "Mom, *Busy Bee*
just wants me."

The four older children on their hike.

The two younger children in the wagon
riding to find the older kids.

After going to the tower and gong on a hike,
we headed to the pond the the four oldest
went on a frog hunt with their aunt.

Purple Girl didn't catch a frog, but she
loved hanging on to the one her cousin caught.
